3.    Who has access to your Personal Data?

We only disclose your Personal Data to authorized and specified recipients for the purposes described in this Policy. Thus, only the Axionable employees in connection with with the describes purposes have access to your Personal Data, such as:

  • Axionable’s communication service;
  • Axionable partners and team leaders concerned by your request;
  • Axionable’s service in charge of the exercise of your rights on your personal data.

We may also share your personal data with technical service providers for the sole purpose of:

  • Development, hosting, maintenance and storage of the Website;
  • Receiving, storing and replying to contact requests;
  • Managing and sending our content (white paper);
  • Managing and sending our newsletter.

7.    What about links to third party sites and sharing content on social networks?

Our Website may contain hyperlinks to third party websites and social networks that are not operated by Axionable (“Third Party Website”). This Policy is solely intended to govern the collection and processing of your personal data on our Website.

By clicking on a link to a Third Party Website, you acknowledge that Axionable is not liable for the personal data protection policy governing such Third Party Website. We kindly invite you to read the privacy policy of any Third Party Website you visit from our Website.

The protection of personal data and compliance with applicable legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), are of great importance to Axionable.

We would like to inform you in a clear and transparent manner on how we collect, use and process your personal data when you apply for a position at Axionable.

1.     Definitions

  • “You” and “your” mean the candidate;
  • “Axionable” and “we” mean the Axionable Group which includes the company Axionable SAS, acting as a data controller, whose registered office is located at 13 rue des Arquebusiers – 75003 Paris, and its other entities;
  • “Personal Data” means any information that identifies you directly or indirectly, as defined in Section 4.1 of the GDPR;
  • “Applicable Law” means the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016) and the French Data Protection Act (Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978);
  • “Policy” means this document.

2.     How do we collect your Personal Data?

We collect your Personal Data directly when you apply on our website www.axionable.com, on professional social networks, on job search websites (such as Welcome to the Jungle), at events (such as job fairs), during telephone or physical interviews and job evaluations or when an Axionable employee recommends you (cooptation).

We may also collect your Personal Data indirectly, through recruitment agencies.

3.     Why do we collect your Personal Data ?

We collect and process your Personal Data for the following specified, explicit and legitimate purposes:

  • To manage your application and your recruitment process, including contacting you and informing you of the status of your application and assessing your skills;
  • If your application is not successful, to integrate your profile into our talent pool in order to submit you new job opportunities, unless otherwise specified by you;
  • If you are successful, to initiate the hiring process;
  • To improve your experience and to manage the recruitment activities, for example through anonymous statistics for internal use (e.g. to determine the most appropriate source to publish our job opportunities).

Your Personal Data are not subject to any decision based on automated processing.

4.     What Personal Data do we collect ?

Pursuant to the principle of data minimization, we only collect and process data that are strictly necessary for the purposes described in section 3. We may collect the Personal Data contained in your CV (and your cover letter if applicable), such as:

  • First and last name;
  • Photography;
  • Sex;
  • Date of birth;
  • Contact details: postal address, landline and mobile phone number, e-mail address;
  • Professional qualifications;
  • Academic background: courses, degrees, education;
  • Professional experience: dates, locations, positions and job descriptions;
  • References and recommendations;
  • Compensation information, such as your salary expectations and your current compensation (declarative);
  • Proficiency in languages;
  • Skills assessment;
  • Information on the answers to the pre-selection questions (if applicable).

We do not collect or process any sensitive data.

5.     What is the legal basis for collecting your Personal Data?

We collect your Personal Data on the following legal basis:

– Your consent;

– Axionable’s legitimate interest in managing your application, recruitments and candidate experience;

– The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (pre-contractual measures).

6.     Who has access to your Personal Data?

We only disclose your Personal Data to authorized and specified recipients for the purposes described in this Notice. Thus, only the Axionable employees in charge of recruitment have access to your Personal Data:

– Human Resources Department within the Axionable entities;

– Axionable’s Partners and Axionable’s team managers in charge of recruitment within the Axionable entities;

We may also share your Personal Data with technical service providers for the sole purpose of hosting and storage and with subcontractors in charge of recruitment (e.g. Welcome To The Jungle).

A recipient of your Personal Data may be located in a country outside the European Union.
