La Mutuelle Générale has been operating for more than 70 years as one of the leading insurances in France, and protecting +1.5 million people through a range of Health and Welfare products and services. It has put data at the heart of its corporate strategy, in order to improve relations with its insureds, better manage risks and fight against fraud, while addressing increasing regulatory constraints on personal data.

The Axionable team assists La Mutuelle Générale in defining its strategy and data roadmap over 3 years. This data ambition was conceived in an iterative and collaborative manner, to be fully in line with the company's DNA and strategic plan, and to rapidly adapt to the specificities of LMG and the market.

RESULTS

The cross-functional approach and the co-construction logic have enabled the onboarding of the entire organization on the data roadmap. After several successful experimentations, the high value use cases for La Mutuelle Générale are in the process of deployment and industrialization, in conjunction with a major project of compliance with the new regulations.
